Wind farm Schobrink

We are constructing two Enercon-138 EP5 E3 wind turbines with a hub height of 160 m and an output of 4.26 MW in Schobrink, Diepholz.

Current status:

KVN is currently setting up its LR 1600 large crane at wind turbine 2 and will be ready to pull in calendar week 5. All tower components (the nacelle, hub, generator, and rotor blades) were delivered to their respective locations in calendar week 50. The first section of the tower construction for wind turbines 1 & 2 has been completed. The installation of the steel reinforcement at wind turbine 1 has been completed. The foundation construction at wind turbine 2 has been completed. The sub-base layers at wind turbines 1 and 2 have been completed. The anchor cages are currently being installed at both turbines. The ground improvement measures using in-situ concrete piles at WEA 1 & WEA 2 have been completed. The groundwater lowering measures have been successfully completed. At the same time, the topsoil at WEA 1 is being removed and filled with fill sand. The construction of the access road and the crane site at WEA 1 and WEA 2 was completed in calendar week 17. The expansion of the access roads, access radii, and crane sites began in calendar week 46 of 2024.

1. Week 30 > Site improvement completed.
2. Week 32 > Installation of the anchor cage.
3. Week 37 > Installation of steel reinforcement completed.
4. Week 41 > Reinforcement of the crane site.
5. Week 43 > Delivery of concrete tower segments.
6. Week 47 > First phase of tower construction completed.

Wind turbine 2

1. Week 32 > Installation of anchor cage.
2. Week 35 > Installation of reinforcement.
3. Week 37 > Foundation construction completed.
4. Week 41 > Delivery of tower parts
5. Week 46 > First phase of tower construction completed.
6. Week 04 > Final assembly; assembly of the LR 1600 large crane.
